[Method] 23 patients with 60 years of age or older patients with spinal tuberculosis, 19 routine CT-guided Percutaneous Local chemotherapy; 4 routine excision, fixation. [Results] All patients in bed an average of 3 to 6 months, there is no cross-infection, sinus formation and recurrence. 21 cases of patients to return to self-care. 1 cases of Frankel D-level and local chemotherapy in patients 1 month and found signs and symptoms of increased instead of surgery, postoperative recovery incomplete paralysis. [Conclusion] The majority of elderly patients with spinal tuberculosis complicated with other diseases, can not be tolerated incision. Percutaneous local chemotherapy invasive, inexpensive and good curative effect, most patients can resume their daily lives before the disease state.
