Marketing Research: From the examples of marketing thought and its application to see reverse
Preamble
Reverse marketing, emphasized that internal change. There is no enterprise products, services, prices and distribution channels, changes in any of them, the so-called strategy can only be a dead letter. The routines of traditional marketing thinking is: ‘To increase market share 20%, we need to strengthen customer trust in the brand’ and so on. In other words, the starting point is not to change the corporate enterprise itself, but rather trying to change the market, changing consumer, this is a great mistake. Reverse marketing thinking starting point is: companies simply can not change the market, enterprises can only change themselves to adapt to the market.
Read before you to clarify a few logic problems. Traditional marketing way of thinking is basically a top-down deductive logic, while the reverse way of thinking of marketing is basically inductive logic. Deductive logic of the syllogism is from general to specific, while the inductive logic of the syllogism is particular to the general.
Example. We give an interpretation of the traditional marketing ways of thinking logical syllogism:
Premise: people are to eat in order to maintain life.
Minor premise: Wang Aunt people.
Deduction Conclusion: Wang aunt is a need to eat to maintain life.
This logic of the basic starting point is from top to bottom.
As another way of thinking of marketing inductive reverse syllogism:
Premise: Jolin Tsai will sing, sing Lee Hom, Andy Lau will sing, Rene Liu, sing, ... ...
Minor premise: Jolin Tsai is a singer, Lee Hom is a singer, Andy Lau is a singer, Rene Liu is a singer;
Summarized Conclusion: The singer will be singing.
This logic of the basic starting point is the bottom up.
