 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 16 Medical implementation of the ordinance dealing with the psychological behavior of practicing physicians and Countermeasures Analysis and Research Kong Qingsheng 1 ▲ , Ling-Bin 2, Chase Qiao Abstract OBJECTIVE To explore positive and negative influence on diagnosis and treatment behavior of clinical practice doctors from ‘Medical Malpractice Management Regulation’, for on time adopting the valid countermeasures to reduce or dissolve badly behavior and protecting legal benefits of both patients and doctors.METHODS We used advancedly designed Questionnaires of Diagnosis and Treatment Behaviors to investigate 778 clinical doctors of different class hospitals.RESULTS Of all the 778 doctors, 95% has changed obviously service attitude to patients; 83.5% because of fear changed medical behaviors resulting in protective medical services, 10.4 % promoted the sufferer’s medical expenses intentionally, 30.6% doctors had the viewpoint to turn line.CONCLUSION Since the Medical Malpractice Management Regulation puts into practice, clinical practice doctor should adjust his diagnosis and treatment behavior, enhance law and profession technical study, strengthen care to the sufferer’s humanities, adjust the mental state to promote medical science and health development, protecting legal benefits of both patients and doctors.
