Methods: our hospital from January 2003 to September 2006 during the use of small incision posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation and suture fixation of the completion of 32 cases (34), have received a more satisfactory results. Results: The follow-up from March to December, with an average follow-up six months, when reviewing the best corrected visual acuity 1.0, minimum 0.1, visual acuity ≥ 0.3 in 28 eyes (82.4%), visual acuity ≥ 0.6 in 20 eyes (58.8%), visual acuity on the low side mostly caused by retinal diseases. 34 eyes, higher postoperative IOP in 3 eyes (8.8%), by lowering intraocular pressure with the drug, after they fell to normal range. There were no significant postoperative complications in 34 eyes. Conclusion: The small-incision posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation and suture fixation of cataract phacoemulsification and posterior capsular rupture in cataract surgery aphakia a better surgical. Not only does it shorten the postoperative recovery time and reduces postoperative corneal astigmatism, to gain a better vision.
