Methods 165 outpatients, including 108 cases of male, female 57 cases were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group, 85 patients, using minimally invasive resection of inferior turbinate bone in the control group 80 patients, using YAG laser surgery. Results In the treatment group was 87.1% in the control group was 76.3%, after testing differences between the two groups was significant. 1 ~ 2 years follow-up, nose ventilation to improve the treatment group was 78.8% in the control group was 41.3%, after the test a significant difference. Conclusion The treatment of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis using minimally invasive resection of inferior turbinate bone has a good short-term and long-term effects are better than YAG laser surgery treatment, especially for the inferior turbinate bone hypertrophy of rhinitis is a practical operation method.
