Methods Retrospective analysis of 9 patients with pathologically proven primary lymphoma MRI. Number of lesions found in the results of MR 14, 7 were single, 2 cases were multiple, and a total of 14 lesions .7 cases of single lesion, located in the frontal lobe in 2 cases, 2 cases of temporal lobe, parietal lobe in 1 case, 1 case of occipital lobe, cerebellum 1 .2 cases of patients with multiple lesions, temporal, parietal occipital and cerebellar lesions were found in 7 cases. MR showed focal mass lesion in T1WI was on the 11 low signal, three lesions showed equal signal; in T2WI, 12 pieces of high signal lesions, 2 lesions were other signals, the edge, with surrounding edema with small pieces, enhanced lesions showed moderate to severe enhancement of tumor mass effect light.
