Methods Retrospective analysis of pathologically confirmed by surgery or ERCP in patients with obstructive jaundice Data 119 cases. The 119 cases of patients with obstructive jaundice with Siemens 1.5T Magnetom imager with routine MRI and MRCP examination. The results of 98 cases of benign lesions in which 80 patients with biliary stones, cholangitis, stenosis 12 cases, 4 cases of roundworm common bile duct, common bile duct cyst in 2 cases. Malignant lesions in 21 cases, of which 11 patients with cholangiocarcinoma, ampullary carcinoma in 3 cases, 7 cases of pancreatic head cancer. MRCP can clearly show a normal pancreatic duct tree structure that can visually display the pancreatic duct dilatation and obstruction of the site, shape, scope, location of obstructive biliary tract disease diagnostic accuracy rate was 100%, qualitative diagnostic accuracy was 94%. MRCP of the obstructive jaundice Conclusion location, qualitative diagnostic accuracy, especially for stone diagnosis, can clearly show obstruction site, causes, lesions form, the relationship between the lesion and surrounding structures in and around the lesion in nature, in order to provide a reliable basis for clinical operations program.
