Abstract: Objective To study the different growth periods in the flavonoid content in mulberry leaves differences in order to more effectively use of the growth period of mulberry leaves. Methods NaNO2Al (NO3) 3NaOH spectrophotometry different growth periods in the flavonoid content in mulberry leaves. Result in different growth periods in the flavonoids content in mulberry leaves vary greatly. Conclusion Mulberry Mulberry early growth of a low level of flavonoids, mulberry trees to stop growing after a period of time before the bitter frost mulberry leaves in the higher levels of flavonoids.

Abstract: ObjectiveStudy the variation of total flavones content in mulberry leaves from different growing seasons in order to use the leaves efficiently.MethodsUsing NaNO2-Al (NO3) 3-NaOH spectrophotometry to determine the total flavones content in mulberry leaves from different growing seasons.ResultsThe variation of the total flavones content is remarkable.ConclusionThe total flavones content in mulberry leaves is low when the tree is in growing prophase and high in the period from the date of growth stopped to heavy frost.
