Multiple injuries and fixation of long bone injuries and treatment time
Of: Tian Lihua, Hu ?Z, Zhao Hong, [Abstract] Objective To analyze the severe multiple trauma and long bone injuries in relation of fracture fixation and processing time. Method of randomly collected 357 cases of multiple injuries and long bone injury patients with their long bone injury characteristics, fixation and processing time in groups reviewed analysis, the use of AIS, ISS and trauma TRISSRTS method for three levels of severity assessment measure to control the comparability within and between groups and statistical analysis. Results maximum AIS head of the bone injury (MAIS) = 3.28 + -1.15, concurrent other parts of the injuries MAIS = 4.45 + -1.69, ISS = 35.57 + -19.64, Ps = 0.67 + -0.29. wounded survive dangerous conditions and long-bone injury and the concurrent part or organ damage related to portfolio or in combination, fixed site of injury and patients with long bone injuries in multiple and complex, post-fixed fractures in patients with a delay of many factors. Conclusion The concept of damage control, according to classify injury treatment can help balance the pros and cons and make a reasonable fracture treatment options or phases.

Abstract: Objective To analyze the relationship of treatment between severe multiple injuries and long bone fractures and discuss the methods and optimal time to deal with them. Methods A total of 357 cases were classified by injury feature, fixation methods and treatment time for long bone fractures in patients with multiple trauma.Injury severity was assessed in 3 different levels with AIS, ISS and TRISSRTS, to control the comparability and statistical analysis in and among groups of patients with multiple trauma. Results MAIS = 3.28 + -1.15 for long bone fractures, MAIS = 4.45 + -1.69 for incorporated injuries, ISS = 35.57 + -19.64 and Ps = 0.67 +
