Methods We carried out the product Ames test, mouse bone marrow micronucleus test and mouse sperm abnormality test. The results of Ames test, mouse bone marrow micronucleus test, mouse sperm deformity experiments were negative, are no toxic change. Conclusion The compound bio-flavonoids in no mutagenicity in the dose. The results are all negative, no toxic changes have been observed.
