Methods 50 SD rats were acquired according to the number of births divided into five groups, a portion of the optic nerve and sciatic nerve, immunohistochemical methods and computer image analysis technique to measure NCAM expression in rat optic nerve and sciatic nerve. The results of NCAM in the optic nerve and sciatic nerve in rats of different ages were seen in expression. Expression level is higher than the optic nerve sciatic nerve. 7 days after birth was significantly higher than other age groups. Conclusion NCAM expression in rat optic nerve and sciatic nerve the difference was significant.
