Methods 90 patients with serum total bilirubin ≥ 220 μ mol / L of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia cases in the etiology, bilirubin levels and prognosis were analyzed retrospectively. Causes of perinatal factors to account for the results of the first (27.78%), followed by the ABO hemolytic (22.22%), breast milk jaundice (20.00%), infectious diseases (16.67%), glucose  6  phosphatase dehydrogenase ( G  6  PD) defects (8.89%), other unknown reasons (4.44%). Conclusion clearly neonatal hyperbilirubinemia contribute to the etiology and prognosis of neonatal jaundice in the early diagnosis and treatment.
