Neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy characterized by CT and prognosis of
[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) of the CT performance characteristics and prognosis. Methods: 58 cases of HIE children were analyzed retrospectively studied and analyzed the performance of its CT features and prognosis. Results: 58 cases of HIE in this group, mild in 20 cases, moderate in 22 cases, severe in 16 cases. In 30 cases with intracranial hemorrhage, follow-up review found 17 cases returned to normal; other 13 cases, 2 deaths, 11 cases were cerebral softening, cerebral atrophy, cerebral penetrating malformation, cerebral calcification and other sequelae of the performance of irreversibility. Conclusion: The different types of HIE, a different prognosis.

The CT Features and the Prognosis of Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy
Abstrait: Objective To discuss the CT features and the prognosis of hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). Methods The CT features of the HIE were analyzed and follow up studied in 58 cases.Results Of all the 58 cases with HIE, slight in 20 cases , middle in 22 cases, severe in 16 cases.Of the follow up studies on 30 mixed bleeding cases, 17 was normal, 2 was dead, and the others were cerebromalacia, cerebral atrophy, porencephaty and calcium. Conclusion Different HIE in different prognosis .
