[Method] 1515 cases of Helicobacter pylori (HP) radical data to a period each year, according to different age, gender, course statistics, respectively, and each set of data (using SPSS13.0 software) for analysis. [Results] 1515 cases, HP overall success rate of 73.5% cure. Different times, the success rate of gender-HP radical was no significant difference (P value is 0.091,0.446, respectively). Younger than 35 years, HP eradication success rate significantly increased (P = 0.001). Age, gender and HP eradication rate-dependent (Kendall correlation coefficients were 0.083, -0.051), 14d course of HP eradication rate than 7d (P = 0.001). [Conclusion] The age, sex, and treatment are related to HP success rate of the radical. [Methods] Data of H.pylori eradication were collected from November 2000 to June 2008 and recorded according to different age, gender and treatment course (7 or 14 days). The data were analyzed with SPSS 13.0. [Results] The total of 1,515 patients were assessed, of them, the total rate of H.pylori eradication was 73.5% . No significant statistical difference was observed when compared the rates among different period or gender (P = 0.091, 0.446, respectively). Analysis of age determined that patients aged less than 35 years had significantly improved outcome compared with older patients (P = 0.001) . The eradication rate was correlated with age, gender (Kendall correlation coefficient is 0.083,  0.051 respectively), and the course for 14 days was prior to 7 days (P = 0.001).
