[Methods] Reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) to detect 40 cases of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) tissue expression of SP-DmRNA; respectively, before surgery, closed chest, the 40 cases detected after 1 week in peripheral blood of patients with lung cancer the expression of SP-DmRNA and benign lesions in 15 patients with pulmonary patients and 10 healthy subjects served as controls. [Results] 40 cases of NSCLC tissues of SP-DmRNA positive expression rate was 100%, before surgery, closed chest and at 1 week after blood SP-DmRNA positive expression rates were 45.0%, 52.5% and 15.0%; 15 cases of benign pulmonary disease patients and 10 healthy people without peripheral blood expression of SP-DmRNA. [Conclusion] SP-DmRNA is the detection of micrometastasis in peripheral blood of lung cancer a good molecular marker. Keywords: non-small cell lung cancer micrometastases in the lung surfactant protein D Perioperative blood Expression of Surfactant Protein D mRNA in Peripheral Blood of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer during Peri-operation Period and Its Clinical Significance Hematogenous lung cancer cells lung cancer metastasis and recurrence, one of the main ways. Is not dominant due to the formation of metastatic nodules, and the lack of clinical manifestations, routine inspection methods such as imaging, clinical pathology methods, difficult to detect and discovery. Micro-metastasis in lung cancer research is still a lack of specific molecular markers recognized [1].
