Application of two-parameter flow cytometry of human peripheral blood lymphocytes in G0 phase and by the plant lectin stimulation (PHA) into the cell cycle after Fas, TNFR Ⅰ , TNFR Ⅱ expression and cell cycle-specific, simultaneous detection of tumor necrosis factor  α , anti-Fas antibody-induced apoptosis in human peripheral blood lymphocytes.
