Conclusion of NPC patients with different degrees of immune suppression, tumor local immune suppression is even more serious, CD4 + CD25 + T cells and the proportion of NPC staging, the later stages, the higher the proportion of the cells, CCR4 in mediating CD4 + CD25 + T cell chemotaxis to the process of local tumor play a role.
