Methods 300 cases of patients according to admission time of renal biopsy were divided into two groups, 155 cases of the conventional care, the implementation of the experimental group 145 cases of nursing intervention, the establishment of specialized biopsy group, preoperative and postoperative comprehensive assessment and intervention. Comparison of two groups of patients the incidence of postoperative voiding difficulty. Results In patients the incidence of dysuria was significantly lower than the control group (P lt;0.01). Conclusion positive Nursing intervention can reduce the renal biopsy incidence of postoperative voiding difficulty, reflects the people-centered care philosophy. The patients in observation group received conventional nursing procedure only, while the ones in control group were given the completely nursing evaluation and intervention before and after biopsy.The incidences of dysuria between the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of dysuria in the control group was extremely significantly lower than that in the observation group (P lt;0.01). Conclusion Proactive nursing intervention could decrease the incidence of dysuria after renal biopsy, as well as embodying the idea of human-oriented nursing.
