To observe the 60 patients with heart failure cachexia patients, in heart failure standard treatment based on the patients were randomly divided into observation group (nutritional support ) and the control group (normal diet), before treatment and 4 weeks after the heart were observed, respectively, functional status, nutritional status and other indicators. Results after 4 weeks of nutritional support therapy compared with before treatment, the patient’s body mass index, hemoglobin concentration, serum albumin concentration, ejection fraction, NYHA functional class were significantly improved; the same time point after 4 weeks of observation compared with the control group, these indicators are also significant differences in the observation group than the control group; 4 week observation group the incidence of adverse cardiac events than the control group.
