JCI (Joint Commission international accreditation) is JACHO (WHO Certification Committee), a subsidiary of JCR (Joint Commission Resources Division), one of the main branch. JCI’s mission is through the provision of global certification services and advisory services to improve the quality of service medical institutions around the world to ensure the medical safety. Its philosophy is to maximize the health services ‘patient-centered’ to provide patients with thorough, high-quality services [2]. Now by JCI accredited hospital medical record management are described below.
