Center for treatment of reproductive PCOS infertility patients treated by three cycles of oral contraceptives given after ovulation induction treatment, occurred LUFS 51 patients were given follicular puncture (29 cases) and acupuncture (22 patients) in treatment, comparing the pregnancy rate after treatment. Results 29 cases of puncture group of 10 patients with pregnancy, pregnancy rate was 34.48%. 22 cases of acupuncture in patients with two cases of pregnancy, the pregnancy rate was 9.09%. The χ2 test P lt;0.05, two groups were significantly different therapeutic effect. Conclusion Treatment of PCOS patients with ovarian hyperstimulation occurs in LUFS treatment for follicular puncture sure, is an effective treatment. 【Key Words】 Polycystic ovary syndrome; luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome; follicle puncture; Acupuncture 【Abstract】 Objective Searching for reason and treatment of occured luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome (LUFS) in ovulation induction for patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Methods Fifty-one LUFS patients with PCOS in ovulation induction were analyzed.All patients were divided into two groups, Group 1 (n = 29) had undergone ultrasound-directed follicular aspirations. Acupuncture were performed in Group 2 (n = 22). Results 10 pregnancies occurred in group 1, the pregnancy rate was 34.48% .2 pregnancies developed in group 2, the pregnancy rate was 9.09%. Comparison of the therapeutic effects between the two groups showed significant difference (P lt;0.05). Pregnancy rate of group 1 was more than group 2.Conclusion therapy of ultrasound-directed follicular aspirations is effective in
