【Abstract】 Objective To study the Physalis angulata polysaccharides alcohol precipitation conditions and in vitro antioxidant activity. Methods ultrasonic extraction, in addition to fat, in addition to protein, such as workmanship is backed by Physalis angulata polysaccharide, and studied alcohol precipitation conditions (alcohol precipitation ratio, temperature, pH, time, concentration ratio) on the polysaccharide precipitation effects. In vitro experimental study of the Physalis angulata polysaccharides OH and DPPH scavenging effect and on rat liver homogenate lipid peroxidation in vivo. The results in the best alcohol precipitation conditions (concentration ratio 4:1, temperature of -20 ℃, and alcohol precipitation time of 16 h, and alcohol precipitation ratio of 1:4, pH 7), the polysaccharide extraction rate of 3.15%. Polysaccharides on lipid peroxidation in rat liver homogenates the inhibition rate of up to 80%, and OH, and also have a very good DPPH scavenging effect. Conclusion Physalis angulata fruit polysaccharides have good antioxidant activity in vitro.

Abstract: ObjectiveTo study the antioxidant activities of polysaccharide extracted from Physalis pubescens L.. MethodsPolysaccharide was extracted from Physalis pubescens L. fruit by ultrasonic method, the content was determined by spectrophotometry, the in vitro scavenging activities of polysaccharide on hydroxyl radical and DPPH, and its protective effects on lipid peroxidation of liver homogenate in rats were investigated in this study.ResultsPolysaccharide had strong scavenging effect on hydroxyl radical and DPPH, its effect on superoxide radical was week, and it showed significant protective effect on lipid peroxidation of liver homogenate in rats .
