PNS treatment serum IL 2 content in the 7 d time low in the model group (P lt;0.05), the other time points no significant difference. Conclusion PNS may inhibit the renal phenotype of interstitial cells and reduce the levels of cytokines PDGF and IL 2 levels of early reduction and improvement of chronic renal agenesis blood of renal interstitial fibrosis.
