 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 21 Post-stroke shoulder - hand syndrome prevention and treatment research Abstract shoulder - hand syndrome (shoulder hand syndrome, SHS) is a common complication in patients with stroke affecting the upper limb rehabilitation of stroke patients. This paper reviews recent control methods and treatment mechanism and other related research progress. Treatment methods include health education, rehabilitation training (such as position display, sports therapy, physical factor therapy, and support to the concentric winding with pressurized applications), drugs and spinal cord stimulation for pain treatment, sympathetic nerve block, needles pushed and traditional Chinese medicine treatments and many other integrated application, and emphasized the importance of prevention. Made reference to clinical factors associated with prognosis and clinical features, evaluation of the role of various therapies, the optimization of rational combination therapy to play the advantages of Chinese medicine to improve diagnosis and treatment.
