[Abstract] hyperlipidemia are all causes blood cholesterol and triglycerides and related proteins increased. Hyperlipidemia is a serious public health problem. Over the years, many clinical and research focus on fasting changes in blood lipid levels, while ignoring the human body in 24 hours in most of the time in the postprandial lipid dynamic changes. postprandial dyslipidemia of atherosclerosis is an important factor in the development. So of postprandial lipid metabolism anomaly and its related diseases is a major feature in recent years. In this paper, research progress in this area are reviewed.
