Methods were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in 20 cases with mild sub- patients with preeclampsia, 22 cases of severe preeclampsia and 30 normal pregnant women (control group in serum and amniotic fluid concentrations of IL 8. Methods Serum and amniotic fluid samples were collected from 30 cases of normal pregnant women ( control group), mild eclampsism group including 20 cases and severe eclampsism group including 22 cases. IL 8 level was determined with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results The IL 8 level of serum and amniotic fluid in mild and severe eclampsism group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P lt;0.01), and severe eclampsism group were significantly higher than those of the mild eclampsism group (P lt;0.01).
