Results operator between the CR PWV, CF PWV, CD PWV measurement coefficient of variation were 4%, 4%, 5%, the operator coefficients of variation were within 7%, 4%, 6%; operators and between operators within 3 the value of arterial PWV was no significant difference (Pgt; 0.05); operator arterial PWV between the three sections of the intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) were 0.75,0.93,0.49, operators within the three sections of the ICC were arterial PWV 0.57,0.94,0.40; Bland Altman showed the operator between the three sections of the consistency of measurement of arterial PWV good; CF PWV and CR PWV, CF PWV and the linear correlation between CD PWV, Pearson correlation coefficients were 0.448,0.611 (P lt; 0.05), CR PWV and the linear correlation between CD PWV. Conclusion automatic PWV analyzer (Complior SP, France), pulse wave velocity measurement has good reproducibility for detection of atherosclerosis and clinical intervention trial.
