 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 9 Primary reason for mental and physical exhaustion of nurses and countermeasures [Abstract] Objective: To analyze the causes of nurses on mental and physical fatigue of nursing work, and better help nurses to reduce stress. Methods: a hospital (two hospitals) conducted a questionnaire survey of 185 nurses, and several of the city a hospital (district hospitals, township hospitals) 60 nurses for the comparative analysis of the questionnaire. Results: The two hospitals is greater than the degree of physical and mental fatigue level hospitals, job titles than the high and low nurse nurse, as the work period of growth, work ethic have decreased significantly, the emergence of physical and psychological symptoms (such as headaches, high blood pressure, irritable, nervous breakdown) was significantly increased. Conclusion: the whole society and all levels of government and the House leadership should be concerned with physical and mental health nurses reduce the routine work of nurses, nurses to reduce labor intensity and increase in nursing facilities to improve care quality and stable care team.
