Methods A retrospective study in our hospital in January 2000 to 2005, six menstrual pathology confirmed six cases of PAP’s multi-CT manifestations and pathological changes with the contrast of images of pathological PAP links and multi-performance characteristics of CT. Results 6 cases (100%) in patients with multi-CT showed bilateral pulmonary ground-glass scattered in the high-density shadow, with a clear delineation of the surrounding tissue, showing map-like performance, pathology biopsy see alveolar deposition of protein-like substance, of which 4 cases ( 66%) thickening of interlobular septa, showing interval edema and lymphocyte infiltration, HRCT showed cobblestone performance. In all cases no mediastinal, hilar lymph nodes. PAP performance in multi-layer CT findings can reflect the pathological characteristics of the boundary clear ground-glass-like high-density shadow, showing maps and cobblestone-like performance to a high degree of prompt diagnosis of PAP.
