Pulmonary surfactant to prevent respiratory distress syndrome in premature children Effect
[Abstract] Objective: To evaluate the pulmonary surfactant (PS) prevention of premature children with respiratory distress syndrome (NRDS) efficacy. Methods: The hospital I was born 32 weeks gestational age of 29 ~ 44 cases of premature children were randomly divided into preventive group 20 cases, 24 cases of treatment group, prevention group within 30 min after birth, from tracheal intubation in 2 times, trickle-down PS 120 mg, drug use after nasal continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) assisted breathing; treatment group after the application of RDS diagnosed PS, approach with prevention group. Also observed in children with breathing, heart rate, and in doing drugs 6,24,48,72 h blood gas analysis. Results: The secondary prevention group nasal CPAP breathing time (26.4 ± 13.6) h, nasal oxygen tube time (39.6 ± 16.1) h; treatment group, respectively (96.0 ± 19.6) h, and (108.0 ± 204.0) h. T the two groups were 9.47,8.6, P are amp;quot;0.05, prevention group than in the treatment group was significantly shorter. 48 h period within the PaO2, PaCO2, pH prevention group and treatment group differences were statistically significant. Conclusion: The application of PS to prevent premature children RDS, reduce illness, to avoid mechanical ventilation, oxygen therapy shortened the time to reduce the early and late complications.
