Psychiatric Mental Health Survey of Medical Practice [Keywords:] internship for medical students; anxiety; depression; psychological problems [Abstract] Objective To explore the psychiatric internship medical student mental health status and interventions. Method of attachment of 56 medical students with psychiatric anxiety and depression self-rating scale to investigate the psychological problems that occur to give the appropriate psychological intervention. The results of medical students in psychiatric practice before the anxiety, depression detection rate was significantly higher than after the intervention (P amp;lt;0.01), girls detection rate was significantly higher than for boys (P amp;lt;0.01). Conclusion psychiatric internship for medical students during the internship period with appropriate psychological intervention can effectively prevent and reduce the occurrence of psychological problems of students. Methods 56 Medical College internes in the psychiatrical department were researched by SAS and SDS before and after psychological intervention.Results The scores of SAS and SDS of prointervention were significantly higher than those of postintervention. The scores of SAS and SDS of female students were Significantly higher than those of male students. Conclusion Psychological intervention was a realistic and effective method for the medical college internes practising in the department of psychiatry.
