Methods 71 psychiatric nurses, clinical nurses with job stressors scale investigation and analysis. The results of clinical psychiatric nurses working pressure level to moderate the main, moderate and above accounted for 81.69%; job stressors to sort the top 5 are: fear of errors in the work of an accident, too few opportunities to continue their studies, useless paperwork too and more uncooperative patients, nursing work, low social status. The workload of nurses of different age and time distribution of the difference was significant (P0.05). Conclusion greater pressure on psychiatric clinical nurse, hospital managers and nurses themselves should arouse enough attention. Methods 71 nurses in psychiatric department were investigated and analyzed with nurse’s work pressure scale. Results The degree of work pressure of the nurses in psychiatric department was mainly moderate (account for 81.69%). The five main source of work pressure were: worrying about accident in work, the chance of advanced study less, invalid written work more, patients uncooperating, the social status of nurse low. There was significant difference in work load and timedistributed (P amp;lt;0.05). Conclusion The delivery pressure of clinical nurses in psychiatric department is more, the hospital managers and the nurse herself should pay adequate attention to.
