Methods 41 patients were randomly divided into two groups. Control group, 20 patients given conventional treatment coronary heart disease; treatment group 21 cases in the control group based on the Canadian Qi Decoction. Observed before and after treatment of serum nitric oxide (NO), endothelin (ET), plasma fibrinogen (FG), von Willebrand factor (vWF), plasma tissue-type plasminogen activator (t-PA ), plasminogen activator inhibitor (PAI-I) changes. Results of clinical efficacy of the treatment group than the control group (P lt;0.05). In reducing NO, ET, FG, vWF, PAI-I, increase in t-PA than in the control group was significantly (P lt;0.05 ~ 0.01). Conclusion Qi Decoction be effective in prevention and treatment of unstable angina pectoris; the mechanism of thrombosis may be related to the pre-state (PTS) coagulation and fibrinolysis system in some sensitive molecular markers related to the impact.
