Methods: SD rats were drawn before the 35 days, 28 days, 21 days, 14 days, 7 days, 3 days and 1 day construction of femoral nonunion model, rats were killed the same day, drawn, RT PCR detection of each sample the BMP 2 gene expression. Results: In rat femoral nonunion repair process at different times, BMP 2 gene expression in the central area and peripheral areas are different, the central area of #8203;#8203;BMP 2 gene expression lagged behind the increase and peak low expression at the edge of the area. Conclusion: The rat femoral nonunion repair center in early expression of BMP 2 gene and expression of the low time delay may be the nonunion occurred in one of the reasons. Methods: The models of femoral nonunion of SD rats were established in day 1,3,7,14,21,28,35 before we extracted the specimens, and then the genic expression of BMP 2 in different repairing stage of nonunion models were detected by RT PCT technique. Results: In different stages of femoral nonunion, the genic expression of BMP 2 between central zone and outer zone also varied, their expression increment and the peak level were significantly lower in the central zone than those in the outer zone, and we can find the lag in the genic expression of BMP 2 in the central zone.
