Methods The analytical column was Hypersil C18 (5 μ m, 4.6 mm * 200 mm), mobile phase of acetonitrile -0.2% phosphoric acid gradient elution: 0 ~ 14 min ,19-33; 14 ~ 16 min ,33-49, a flow rate of 1.0 ml / min, detection wavelength was 203 nm, column temperature of 30 ℃ . Results of ginsenoside Rb3 sample volume of 1.769 6 ~ 10.617 6 μ g (r = 0.999 9) the scope of a good linear relationship, the average recovery was 98.22%, RSD = 1.26%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and can be used Aescin God capsule quality control. Detection wavelength was at 203 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 ml / min. Column temperature was at 30 ℃ . ResultsThere was a good linear within the range of 1.7696 ~ 10.6176μ g for Ginsenoside Rb3 with r = 0.999 9. The average recovery was 98.22% (RSD = 1.26%, n = 6). ConclusionThe method is simple, accurate, reproducible and can be used for the quality control of Qiye Shen ‘an capsule.
