篇一:中英文工作纪律管理规定

工作纪律
Under the discussion of the management of the company, the following disciplines have been highlighted and same should be obeyed tightly by both Chinese and Zambians:经过公司协商讨论,现拟定中国工人及赞比亚当地员工共同遵守的工作纪律如下:
1. . In
case that overtime is required by the supervisor, the employees should follow the assignment. And rate for overtime should be calculated as follows:
a. During nights and Saturday afternoons, one point five (1.5) time of his/her basic salary
(lunch and transport will remain as normal).
b. During Sundays and public holidays, two (2) times of his/her basic salary (lunch and
transport will remain as normal).
c. Employees paid on QUANTITY BASIS shall not be entitled any overtime reimbursement. 正常工作时间以外,夜间及周六下午加班工资按正常工资1.5倍计算(午餐和交通费除外)。节假日及周日按两倍计算。包工、计定额的工人,不享受任何加班补助。
2. Being late for three (3) times per month or deserts work for more than one (1) day shall lead
to a termination of employment.
迟到三次或旷工一天者,予以开除。
3. Being out of the campus without informing the supervisor shall lead to a penalty of one-day
salary.
擅自外出,予以罚款。金额以一天工资为准。
4. Due to the changefully employment with the local employees, work suits including shoes
(hereinafter called “SUITS”) will be provided to all workers at a deposit of one hundred thousand Kwacha (K100,000.00), which will be refundable after three (3) months or extended by new suits on condition that the employee is still wish to work under the company. Those who refuse to pay the deposit will not be granted any suits. No additional suit should be given to anyone who has gained it at any excuse unless he/she completed the above mentioned duration. Those who possess suits should wear it through the working time, otherwise a penalty representing half day salary will be deducted.
因当地工人流动性过大,所有愿意交10万克瓦查押金的工人,统一发放工作服,包括劳保鞋。三个月后可以退换押金,或者发放新的工作服。不交押金的一律不得发放工作服。已获得工作服的,在工作期间必须着工作服上班,否则罚半天工资。
