Method uses self-administered questionnaire, Nanshan District, Shenzhen City, 10 secondary schools 3528 junior high school students to conduct cross-sectional survey. Attitude scores higher for girls and second year students more inclined to people living with HIV / AIDS patients to take the attitude of compassion and tolerance; related risk behaviors such as smoking, drinking, puppy love, have sex, etc. The detection rates were 9  6%, 45  8%, 17  5% and 1  1%, the difference between sex and grade was statistically significant, generally boys than in girls, higher grades than lower grades.
