USpA Methods 116 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups, were given TGP and sulfasalazine ( SASP) combined diclofenac therapy after 12 weeks in the treatment of clinical efficacy and safety assessment; also measured serum levels of interleukin -6 (IL-6), Interleukin -10 (IL-10), tumor necrosis factor - @ (TNF-@) and other cytokine levels.
