 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 15 UPPP surgery on obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome in patients with hs CRP of 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the uvulopalatopharyngoplasty surgery (uvulopalatopharyngoplasty, UPPP) for obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (obstructive sleep apnea  hypopnea syndrom, OSAHS) patients with serum high-sensitivity C  reactive protein (high sensitive C  creative protein, hs  CRP) effects. Methods 20 patients with OSAHS patients, successively UPPP surgery, preoperative serum were collected early morning, testing hs  CRP. 3 months after re-measurement of serum hs  CRP, also set up two control groups-control study. Results OSAHS patients before the serum hs  CRP levels were significantly higher than that of two control groups (P lt;0.05), after 3 months decreased significantly. Conclusion hs  CRP predict such patients can be used as indicators of cardiovascular disease, while UPPP surgery can reduce the OSAHS patients with hs  CRP levels, thereby reducing the incidence of cardiovascular disease in patients with OSAHS rate. Result The serum level of hs  CRP in OSAHS patients was significantly higher than that of the control groups and it was significantly decreased three months after UPPP.
