MethodsThe anti-inflammatory effect of Xiaojianzhong Decoction was evaluated by ear edema model induced by xylene and HAc-induced peritoneal capillary permeability, respectively. The effects of Xiaojianzhong Decoction on specific and non-specific immune response were evaluated by haemolytic plaque forming cell and carbon clearance rate in mice. ResultsXiaojianzhong decoction could inhibit ear edema in mice induced by xylene and HAc-induced capillary permeability, and significantly increased carbon clearance rate and haemolytic plaque forming cell in normal mice.Compared with model group, there was a significant difference.ConclusionXiaojianzhong Decoction can inhibit acute inflammation and increase specific and non-specific immune function.
