Conclusion Ⅲ CT manifestations of pneumoconiosis and lung function with a significant correlation between grading. Methods 48 patients of stage Ⅲ coal worker pneumoconiosis, their CT datum and results of the pulmonary function test were collected, the appearance of CT classify and pulmonary function by stage were analyzed in comparison, to find the correlation of them. Results The appearances of CT in stage Ⅲ coal worker pneumoconiosis were divided into A, B, Ctype, and pulmonary function were 0, Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ stage.Results in A, B, Ctype were not stage 0, A type Ⅰ stage 6 cases; B type Ⅰ stage 2 cases; C type Ⅲ stage 0 cases; A type Ⅱ stage 2 cases; B type Ⅱ stage 10 cases; C type Ⅱ stage 8 cases; A type Ⅲ stage 0 cases; B type Ⅲ stage 2 cases; C type Ⅲ stage 19 cases.
