 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 27 Chinese English philosophy traceability 【Abstract】 Chinese English is a special kind of pragmatic phenomenon widespread among English learners in China, study its essence, it is the structure of Chinese thinking, the English variations. This feature of their form, will be grouped into three categories for analysis of their discussions, the use of Humboldt’s “language view of the world” theory to explain the inevitability of its formation and to language development concept discussed in the rationality of its existence in order to from a philosophical perspective ascertain the nature of the reasons for this phenomenon. Keywords: Chinese English; Language outlook; language development concept Abstract: As a distinguished phenomenon of pragmatics, Chinglish is widely observed among Chinese English-learners. In fact, it’s an English variety in the mold of Chinese thinking. This paper analyzes three categories of Chinglish based on their formal features. It is hoped that this phenomenon of pragmatics can be known philosophically through Humboldt’s theory on “World View of Language” (for the cause of generating) and language development theories (for its reasonable existence).
