Abstract: The English language curriculum reform of basic education needs of English language teachers with a deeper understanding of teaching and evaluation of design concepts, learning teaching and assessment of design knowledge, acceptance of teaching and evaluation of professional training designed to develop teaching and evaluation design expertise, and in case of the main line in the teaching practice, teaching system designed to explore specific issues, with the practical problems of teaching, using effective instructional design process, information gathering, analysis, and will solve the problem.
