　　玉液汤对胰岛素抵抗大鼠脂肪细胞因子的影响 作者：付雪艳，董琳，张义伟，于福生 【摘要】 　　目的观察玉液汤对胰岛素抵抗大鼠脂肪细胞因子瘦素（Leptin）和肿瘤坏死因子（TNFα）的影响。方法用高脂饲料复制胰岛素抵抗大鼠动物模型,采用放射性免疫法，观察玉液汤对脂肪细胞因子Leptin，TNFα的影响。结果玉液汤可明显改善Leptin，TNFα的表达。结论玉液汤通过改善Leptin，TNFα的表达，从脂肪细胞因子的角度改善了胰岛素抵抗。 【关键词】 玉液汤 胰岛素抵抗 瘦素 肿瘤坏死因子 α 　　Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe the influence of Yuyetang on the fat cytokines(TNF-α，Leptin) in insulin resistance rats. MethodsThe diabetes model mucoassay . ResultsYuyetang could significantly improve the expression of TNFα and leptin.ConclusionYuye Tang can improve insulin resistance by modulating the expression of TNF－α and lepsin.
