第 12 卷第4 期 VoL12 ,No .4 江西农业大学学报(社会科学版) 2013 年 12 月 Journal of Jiangxi Agricultural University Dec. ,2013 文章编号:1671-6523( 却13)04-0493-05 中国农材女性劳动力非农转移:文献综述 吴洪源 (厦门大学经济学院，福建厦门 361005) 摘要:在中国城乡二元结构尤为突出的背景下，农村女性劳动力的非农转移问题极具复杂性和特殊性。重点 从就地转移和外出务工这两方面，对中国农村女性劳动力非农转移的相关研究进行梳理和评述。对于该问 题的研究最初主要从社会学的角度进行考查，之后更多的则是从经济学的角度展开研究。并且，近几年来逐 步拓展到运用计量经济学的方法对中国农村女性劳动力的流动行为、职业选择、收入水平、迁移与回流等问 题进行实证分析。但以下问题还有待进一步研究:一是城镇化进程中农村失地妇女的非农就业问题;二是户 籍制度改革下农村女性劳动力非农就业对农村家庭向城市迁移的影响;三是农村外出务工妇女迁移和回流 选择行为的分析。 关键词:农村女性劳动力;非农转移;综述 中图分类号:C912.82 文献标志码:A Workforce Shifting of Rural Women in China: Review and Appraisal WU Bang-yuan (College of Economics ,Xiamen University ,Xiamen 361005 ,China) Abs仕act: Under the cÍrcumstances of urban -rural dualistic structure in China ,the problem of rural women labor s non -agriculture transfer is veηcomplex and specific.This paper gave a review on this problem by focu- sing on getting a nonfarm payroll employment in local and leaving home to work.Related research is analyzed ini- tia1ly mainly from 则iological angle ,but then from economic angle .ln recent years ,researches are gradually ex- tended to use econometric methods to empirical analyze the related problems such as rural women labor s mobil- ity behavior ,career choices ,income level ,choice between migration and reflux.
