Call to Order Chairman Ford called the meeting to order at 9:04 a.m. 2. Roll Call Present: Michael Cohen Chris Daly – absent at Roll Call Nathaniel Ford Greg Harper Jerry Hill 3. Communications None. 4. Board of Director’s New and Old Business None. 5. Executive Director’s Report Nancy Whelan, Transbay Financial Consultants, presented a report on the requirements for project funding. Director Daly arrived. Chairman Ford requested that Dean Macris, Director of Planning attend the next board meeting to address some of the concerns raised by the board. 6. Public Comment Norm Rolfe, SF Tomorrow, stated that SFT is wholeheartedly in favor of getting the terminal built, extending Caltrain and in building redevelopment area projects. He stated that SFT realizes that things may need to be phased, and they are aware of the deadline for the transfer of state lands. SFT urges the TJPA to pursue any and all sources of funds and ways to accomplish both phases. He suggested that the TJPA pursue the state bond issue and speak to Bay Area legislators. THE FOLLOWING MATTERS BEFORE THE TRANSBAY JOINT POWERS AUTHORITY ARE RECOMMENDED FOR ACTION AS STATED BY THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OR THE CHAIRMAN. CONSENT CALENDAR 7.
