β－七叶皂甙钠对高血压性脑出血患者血清ＣＲＰ和ＴＮＦ－α含量变化的影响 　　【摘要】 目的 动态观察急性高血压性脑出血患者血清C反应蛋白（CRP）和肿瘤坏死因子α（TNF-α）含量变化规律及β-七叶皂甙钠对其变化的影响。方法 将高血压基底节区脑出血患者80例，随机分为两组各40例；常规组给予常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用β-七叶皂甙钠，并测定发病后4天、10天、21天血清CRP和TNF-α含量。结果 发病后第4天，两组患者血清TNF-α、CRP水平和NIHSS评分差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)，而病程的第10天和第21天治疗组CRP、TNF-α水平和NHSS评分低于常规组(P＜0.01)。结论 高血压性脑出血急性期血清中CRP、TNF-α水平增加，表明其参与了脑出血的病理生理过程。β-七叶皂甙钠通过调节血清CRP、TNF-α、水平而改善脑出血的预后。 　　?ぁ竟丶?词】 肿瘤坏死因子α;C反应蛋白;高血压性脑出血;β-七叶皂甙钠?? 　　文章编号：1003-1383(2008)04-0391-03中图分类号：R 544.107.434.4文献标识码：A?? 　　 　　Change of serum tumor necrosis factoralpha and Creactive protein?? 　　in patients with Hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage and the effect of sodium aescinate 　　LING Xiao?? 　　（The Pepoles Hospital of TianDong County, GuangXi,China,531500）?お? 　　【Abstract】 Objective To observe the dynamic changes ofCreactive protein (CRP) and tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) in blood of patients with acute intracerebral hamorrhage（ICH）,and to evaluate the therapeutic effect of sodium aescinate on their changes. 　　Methods 80 cases of intracerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups:40 cases of the controlled group undertaking routine therapy,and 40 cases of the therapeutic group undertaking routine therapy plus Sodium Aescinate.
