中文甲型H1N1流感图书的文献计量学分析 　　摘 要：为有效指导公众获取科学、实用的防控甲型H1N1流感的图书资料，作者调查了从2009年4月至11月出版的中文甲型H1N1流感相关图书，并对其进行文献计量学分析，最终纳入43本图书，其中44%以手册冠名，主编为个人的占74%；其中编者在卫生厅和疾控部门的占到59%，平均页码为107页。图书形式简单，易于携带，内容通俗易懂，对在我国普及甲型H1N1流感知识有积极促进作用，但大部分图书出版后未能对内容及时更新，从而影响其时效性与指导性。 　　关键词：甲型H1N1流感 图书 文献计量学 　　中图分类号：G350 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1003-6938（2010）02-074-04 　　A Bibliometries Analysis of Influenza A (H1N1) Books in China 　　Chen Yaolong Yang Kehu （Evidence Based Medicine Center of Lanzhou University, Lanzhou, Gansu, 730000） 　　Guo Yimin （Health Bureau of Gaolan County, Lanzhou, Gansu, 730200） 　　Zhang Wenjuan(West China School of Medicine, Sichuan University, Chengdu, Sichuan, 610041) 　　Si Fuqiang(Scientific and Technical Information Institute of Gansu Province, Lanzhou, Gansu, 730050) 　　Abstract： In order to help the public choose the best Chinese books about influenza A (H1N1), we investigated allthe influenza A (H1N1) books published from April to November in 2009 in China and did a bibliometries analysis. The results showed that 43 books about influenza A (H1N1) were published and the word handbook was in the title of half of these books(44%). The editors in chief of these books were mostly individuals(74%) and their departments mainly belonged to public health fields(59%). The average page of these books was 107. These books were easy to understand and played a very important role in the prevention and control of influenza A (H1N1), but most of them needed keep up-to-date. 　　Key words：Influenza A (H1N1); books; bibliometrics 　　ＣＬＣ number：G350 Document code：A Article ID：1003-6938（2010）02-074-04 　　 　　1 背景 　　2009年4月，墨西哥与美国爆发了甲型H1N1流感，［1 ］ ［2 ］ ［3 ］ 这种新的流感很快在全球范围内开始蔓延，2009年6月11日，WHO将其世界范围流行警报水平提到最高级别6级，［4 ］我国感染和病死人数也逐渐增多。为提高我国医务人员和公众对甲型H1N1流感的认识与了解，从今年4月份开始各类有关甲型H1N1流感的出版物纷纷上市，以其图文并茂的形式、通俗易懂的内容为读者传递甲型H1N1流感相关知识，进而帮助有效防控这一肆虐全球的疾病。为及时掌握国内有关甲型H1N1流感中文图书的出版情况，帮助使用者遴选、阅读或出版更加科学、实用的甲型H1N1流感图书，我们对当前国内出版的甲型H1N1流感出版物进行了调查与文献计量学分析。 　　2 资料与方法 　　以“甲型H1N1流感”、“ 甲流”、“ 猪流感”为检索词，电子检索中文最大的两个在线书店――卓越网（http:/
