Serial No. 552 现代矿业 总第552 期 Apri l. 2015 MODERN MINING 2015年4 月第 4 期 我国钵资源产业形势及对策建议 田尤刘廷曾祥婷李浩 (中国地质大学(北京)地球科学与资源学院) 摘 要从辞资源储量、产量和消费、进口国家及进口价格、铸产品与再生铮状况4 个方面分 析了我国辞资源的产业形势。指出了当前我国铮产业存在的问题:后备资源不足、供需矛盾突出、 开采强度过大、缺乏国际定价话语权、产业结构不合理以及再生辞发展滞后等。提出了实施资源整 合并进行有计划性开采、积极稳妥利用国外资源、调整产业组织结构、提高废辞回收率等辞资源产 业对策，对我国特产业健康可持续发展具有借鉴意义。 关键词辞资源产业形势建议 Situation and Sugg四tion of Chinas Zinc Resources Industry Tian You Liu Ting Zeng Xiangting Li Hao (Shool of Geosciences and Resources , China University of Geosciences ( Beijing) ) Abstract 咀le industry situation of China s zinc resource was analyzed from the aspects of zinc re- source reserves , production and consumption , importing countries and the price , products and regenera- tion of zinc. Points out the current problems of zinc industry in our countη: shortage of the back-up re- sources , the mismatch between supply and demand , over intensified extraction , lack of intemational pri- cing power , unsound industrial structure , lagging development of regenerative zinc , etc. Feasible strate- gies for zinc resources industry were put forward , such as implementation of resource integration and sys- tematic exploitation of use of foreign resources , adjust the industrial organization structure , improve re- covery the waste zinc products , which provide significant references to healthy and sustainable develop- ment of the zinc industry in China.
