Atwo-species nonautonomous Lotka-Volterra type model with di?usional migration among the immature predator population, constant delay among thematured predators, andtoxicant e?ect ontheimmature predators inanonprotective patchisproposed. Thescaleoftheprotective zone among the immature predator population can be regulated through di?usive coe?cients Dit, i  1,2. It is proved that this system is uniformly persistent permanence under appropriate conditions. Su?cient conditions are derived to con?rm that if this system admits a positive periodicsolution,thenitisgloballyasymptotically stable. 1.Introduction Inrecentyears,manycountrieshavealreadyrealizedthatthepollutionoftheenvironment is a very serious and urgent problem.
